Hams Dabaieh is an experienced Customer Success Director with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. As a Leader in Customer Success, she is enthusiastic about maintaining and growing customer relationships. In her roles at CEQUENS, incorta and ITWORX Education, Hams has successfully led and managed customer facing teams. She led the global customer success teams at CEQUENS and the EMEA and APAC regions at incorta. She was the Head of Customer Success at ITWORX Education, where she led the customer success and support teams to ensure that successful customer relationships were maintained and promoted. She is a Customer Success Professional (Level I & II) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Hams is enthusiastic about knowledge sharing and has contributed with her company and college in several sessions for student's awareness and career guidance.
