Rozan Khalifeh is a humanitarian and development leader with more than 17 years of experience across the Middle East and North Africa. She serves as Country Director of Plan International Egypt and Chair of the INGO Forum in Egypt, advancing gender equality, child protection, youth empowerment and economic inclusion. She previously held senior leadership positions with Relief International, RedR UK, Oxfam and Action Against Hunger.
